That's really crazy! I have to admit, horrible as it may sound, seeing as some people no doubt struggled through this downpour, I'd love to get some rain like that out here in Utah.

When I lived in Arizona, it would happen on rare occasions and was kind of fun. It was still warm enough that the rain was a welcome change (though lightning was never quite so friendly).

Wow! My sister-in-law described the weather mayhem to me, but your photos, especially the one of the flooding, illustrate just how dramatic is was. I'm sorry I was too sick to make it on Tuesday. We've already eaten all of our goodies from Saturday.
