Jamie and Matt are living in Pittsburgh but got married here in Youngstown where Jamie's from. (Well, actually she's from Girard but it's close enough.) Jamie first contacted me about a year ago and we connected instantly. I knew after talking with her that this was going to be a great event!
Jamie and Matt did a really smart thing that I want to share with all of you. As a back up plan they made a "donation" of $100 to Stambaugh Auditorium. This donation allowed us to photograph inside the facility in the event of rain/bad weather. Our original plan was to head to the park for some lovely outdoorsy shots but when it started to rain I was sure glad we had a beautiful space for our photography. All you soon-to-be brides out there should make a mental note of this. Even if you decide to not use Stambaugh you should always have a back up plan!
Jamie and Matt, thank you so much for trusting me to be your wedding photographer! I had the best time getting to know you both and wish you a lifetime of love and laughter.
Here are some of my favorites from your day:
Getting ready.

Jamie's GORGEOUS gown!
And shoes. (I LOVE these shoes!)
With a little help from a crochet needle Jamie got into her dress.
I love the expression on her face.
Fighting back the tears.
Love this little moment I caught during the ceremony!
Her bouquet was FABULOUS!!!
Did I mention that I loved her shoes?
The beautiful Stambaugh Auditorium.

Ring shot.
Matt and his mom are pretty close. I adore how happy they are here!
The smile on Jamie's face tells it all! So happy!!!
Cheers,

I love them all of course but my favorite is the black and white during the ceremony when we are smiling at one another. Matt is informing me that I put the ring on his right hand instead of his left and he can't get the ring off his finger. I'm bummed we won't have pictures with you and Brian especially since you guys were such a big part of the day. Your photos speak for themselves...always amazing, but it's too bad the blog can't convey what a lovely person will show up on your wedding day to take your pictures :) Can't wait to see more!
Wow! Thanks so much for that, Jamie. That was an incredibly sweet thing to say.
oh! and i love the shoes as well :)
these really are beautiful! i am always impressed.
