Happy St. Pat's, P-365 and more stuff

First of all...HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!! Hope everyone is having fun and staying safe. This has been a busy weekend here. We've been preparing for a trip Denver for two weeks (starting tomorrow) for a little R&R. There will be about 4 days of skiing involved, networking with some other photographers and, of course, some shooting.
Saturday my hubby and I, thanks to grandma's babysitting services, went to see a play called "Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead" at the Oakland. It was really a fun play (definitely an adult play) but fun. Here's the synopsis:
"This is an "unauthorized parody" that features the Peanuts gang - all grown up. Written by Bert V. Royal, this dark comedy takes place ten years after the events in the fifty-year-running comic strip. It begins with CB's account of the day he had Snoopy put to sleep... and it goes down hill from there!"
It shows the Peanut's gang as dysfunctional teenagers struggling with, well, teenage things like sexuality and drugs. I agree with my friend, Chris, that it's a little preach-y at times but it was well done, thought-provoking and funny. I thought the cast did a great job and I was very happy to spend my Saturday there.
After the show, a bunch of us went out to the Rosetta Stone Cafe for drinks. I was really happy to get a chance to hang out and chat with everyone. It's one of the many reasons I love being home again!
It's been a great weekend and now it's time to sign off so I can get ready for Denver. Here's this week's P-365's.

Cheers,
Jaci
